A really cute fighter from Brazil. She was elected MMA Baby Girl by Brazilian media and was nicknamed “Beauty But The Beast” following that. She appeared, clothed, in a Japanese version of Playboy.Sadly, she was caught taking steroid. Actually, she was the first female MMA fighter getting caught juicing. She was tested positive for Nandrolone reported by the California State Athletic Commission, following tests taken after her victory over Sophie Bagherdai at Femme Fatale Fighting 4 - Call Of The Wind, held on April 3 2008 in Los Angeles. CSAC officials have suspended Carina Damm for a year and was billed $2,500 for it.
She has a 9-3 fighting record and her bigger fight was a loss against Rosi Sexton in the defunct Bodog Fight organisation. She’s a BJJ specialist and 5 of her victories are by way of submission. Carina Damm is training at Alliance Jiu-Jitsu and she’s fighting from.
Erin Toughill
Erin started MMA in 1999 and a year later in boxing. In 2007, Toughill decided to retire from both boxing and MMA. Toughill decided to retreat from both boxing and MMA. She decided to make a comeback in 2008 and scored an unanimous decision victory over Jann Finney at PFC - All In on the 11/20/2008. She fought mostly in Japan, at Smackgirl and Remix, including two tournaments. She appeared as Steel on American Gladiators show in the 2008 show.She has a 8-2-1 record, four of her wins are by TKO, the other four by decision. She is really tall, 5′10″ and weights 150 lbs. Erin has a 7-2-1 record in boxing. She’s fighting out of Chicago, USA.
Julie Kedzie
She’s coming out of a submission victory, an armbar against Angela Hayes at Battlequest 8 on the 4/11/2008 in Denver, USA.
Do I need to say that she have magnificent blue eyes? She reminds me of Sissy Spacek, but cuter. She’s extremely cute for such a powerful fighter.
Debi “Whiplash” Purcell
With Debi, we enter the really cute part of this list. 5,7″ and weighting 135 lbs she’s coming out of two consecutive loss, against Hitomi Akano and Rosi Sexton.Debi Purcell is one of the pioneers in MMA, along with her mentor Marcos Ruas. She was the first women to win in KOTC. Debi Purcell was supposed to make a comeback against Carina Damm but everything fell apart when Carina was caught juicing.
She was an instructor at the IFL until they closed for bankruptcy and runs Fightergirls.net and WMAA (Women’s Martial Arts Association). She’s working out at Ruas Vale Tudo, and fights out of Laguna Nigel, USA.
Keri Scarr
Keri now runs her own martial arts club, Crusher Combat Sports, where she teaches kick boxing, karate and self Defence. She’s an amateur Canadian kickboxing champion, a Vancouver cup Kyokaishin karate Champion and have black belts in Shotokan Karate, Kickboxing and Yoshukai Karate.
Kira Gracie
I know she do not deserve to be listed here, but she’s so cute and Being a Gracie… her family brought Vale Tudo to the States and created the UFC, so I guess she deserve a little push in.
She is presently living in the US, where she is affiliated with the Renzo Gracie Academy in New York, and the Gracie Barra Academy in Lake Forest, California. She is as well connected with the Gracie Barra Academy in Rio de Janeiro.
Gina “Conviction” Carano
She fought many times in Thailland and deserves every bit of fame she’s getting right now. Her exposure on CBS made her instant star across the USA and, along with the Kimbo failure on the same show, became the only alternative, along with the UFC, to sell MMA to a mainstream audience.
She has a perfect 7-0 record against the best athletes, most of them in the EliteXc cage. Her last win was a unanimous victory against Kelly Kobold at the famous Heat event who saw the Kimbo Slice failure live on CBS. She’s training at Xtreme Couture, in Las Vegas, USA.
Michelle “Karate Hottie” Waterson
I wish her a short career and to no fight brutal fighters like Kelly Kobold or Amanda Buckner if she wants to keep that baby face. She was signed by EliteXc, but sadly they ran out of business.
She has a 4-2 fighting record, 3 of her victories are by way of submission. She’s 5,3″,weights 155 lbs, and fights out of Denver, USA.
